TPU Surface Protection Film Supplier
TPU surface protection film is an optically clear, self-healing film that protects cabinets, tables, kitchen countertops, shelves, doors and appliance panels while leaving the original surface visible. It is anti-scratch, waterproof, oil-proof and anti-yellowing, with a warranty of more than 5 years.
Films are supplied in 6.5, 7.5 and 8.5 mil thicknesses on 1.52 m × 15 m rolls, with custom logo and packaging accepted per order. Minimum order is one roll for stock items.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does 6.5 / 7.5 / 8.5 mil mean?
Mil is the film thickness in thousandths of an inch: 6.5 mil ≈ 165 µm, 7.5 mil ≈ 190 µm and 8.5 mil ≈ 215 µm. Thicker film gives more impact protection; thinner film is easier to wrap around edges.
Is the TPU film really invisible after installation?
The film is optically clear and glossy, so it blends into the surface. It is anti-yellowing with a warranty of more than 5 years, and minor scratches self-heal with warmth.
Can I use it on kitchen countertops?
Yes. The film is waterproof, oil-proof and wipe-clean, and is commonly applied to countertops, tables, cabinet doors, shelves and appliance panels.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
From 1 roll for stock items and trial orders. Customised production — custom width, colour, thickness or private label — starts at 100 rolls (or 3,000 m) per specification.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Free A4 swatches and colour cards are available for all six product lines with courier charges collect. Full sample rolls are charged at cost and credited against your first order; sample lead time is 3 working days.
How long does production take?
7–10 days for stock items and 15–25 days for customised production, counted from receipt of deposit and confirmation of the sample.
