We coat, print, emboss and slit PVC, PU, TPU and rubber-based films at our production base in the Shanghai region and supply them worldwide. As a manufacturer we control coating, colour matching, embossing, slitting and packing in-house, which lets us hold tolerance on thickness and adhesion and produce custom widths, colours and roll lengths economically.
As an exporter we consolidate a far broader catalogue than any single line could produce — six related film families that customers typically buy together — so a distributor can fill a mixed container from one supplier, under one quality standard, on one set of documents.
